Anti-Discrimination Ordinances

phi antidisc jun2015 hr 1No national law protects LGBT people against discrimination in the Philippines. However, a number of jurisdictions have enacted anti-discrimination ordinances that include sexual orientation and/or gender identity and expression among its protected categories.
